in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2944 of 2012 quddus ansari @ raju @ raju khan, son of late karamat ansari, resident of village kajrat nawadih, police station hussainabad, district palamu. ............ petitioner. versus the state of bihar ............ opp. party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 25.01.2012 heard. this is a petition for regular bail for the offence under sections 395 and 412 of the indian penal code. earlier the bail petition of the petitioner has been rejected twice by this court vide order dated 06.02.2009 and 21.04.2010. learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2004. however, the trial has not been concluded as yet. the sessions judge in his order dated 29.11.2011, however, has observed that the case may be concluded within three months if the witnesses will be produced by the prosecution. hence, taking into consideration the custody of the petitioner, if the case is not concluded within three months as stipulated by the sessions judge then the petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like 2 amount each to the satisfaction of the additional sessions judge, f. t. c. v, aurangabad in connection with s. tr. no. 13 of 2005/36 of 2010 (in sone nagar rai p. s. case no. 12 of 2004), subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be the wife of the petitioner and the other shall be nearest relative and the petitioner will appear in this case on each and every date fixed in this case during the disposal of the case. kundan (gopal prasad, j.)

Petitioner. Versus The State of Bihar ............ Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 25.01.2012 Heard. This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail petition of the petitioner has been rejected twice by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2009 and 21.04.2010. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2004. However, the trial has not been concluded as yet.
