.....they are living separately from the deceased. however, there is demand of rs.5,000/- and allegation of subjecting cruelty for non-payment of demand. however, the said allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty are omnibus and there is specific allegation against these petitioners. the husband is in jail since 15.07.2010. the co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by this court vide order dated 03.03.2011 passed in cr. misc. no. 2795 of 2011. hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are 2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned chief judicial magistrate, begusarai in connection with muffasil p. s. case no. 299 of 2010. kundan (gopal prasad, j.)

Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 25.01.2012 Heard. This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no. 1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the Bhainsur of the deceased and they are living separately from the deceased. However, there is demand of Rs.5,000/- and allegation of subjecting cruelty for non-payment of demand. However, the said allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty are omnibus and there is specific allegation against these petitioners. The husband is in jail since 15.07.2010.
