25. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Section 379 of the I.P.C. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of the co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the petitioner and petitioner is accused in one other case. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not remanded in the present case till date and mechanically charge-sheet has been submitted. Considering the aforesaid submission, it is a fit case for regular bail.
