Versus The State of Bihar ...... Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 25.01.2012 Heard. This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The First Information Report is against unknown and it is alleged that Rs.60,000/- was snatched by five persons.
