IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1204 of 2012 Suresh Ram Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- with Criminal Miscellaneous No.2171 of 2012 Hemant Ram @ Ashutosh Jee Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 25.1.2012 Heard Mr. A.K. Sah, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Uma Shankar Pd. Singh, learned counsel for the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 12.8.2011 in a case registered under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
