25. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the brother of the father-in-law of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusations of the offences under Sections 354 and 379 of the IPC are specific against Pradip Ram and there is general accusation against other accused persons including the petitioner when the injuries have been found to be simple. The occurrence took place in the background of some land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2243 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan In connection with Jame Bazar P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) Amrendra/-
