in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2358 of 2012 ====================================================== rajbali ram .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”25. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the state. the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 188 and 353 of the indian penal code. it is alleged that the petitioner was not following the directions for implementing the development schemes and not handed over the charge. it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 19.11.2011 the present f.i.r. was lodged when the petitioner handed over the charge to the panchayat secretary on 06.11.2011 and handed over the charge of all the documents and vouchers on 16.11.2011. 2 patna high court cr.misc. no.2358 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 2/2 considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, west champaran at bettiah in connection with majhaulia p.s. case no. 307 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the cr. p.c.
