25. 01-2012 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332, 393, 379, 224, 225 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that house of one Umesh Sah was raided when four hundred sachets of country made liquor of 200ml each were recovered and when Umesh Sah was arrested, the villagers tried to rescue him and petitioners also tried to snatch the arms of the police.
