25. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 419, 420/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that one Amit Kumar was caught who was appearing in place of the petitioner at the examination of AIEEE. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has no knowledge about Amit Kumar appearing at the examination and moreover petitioner has not passed his Intermediate examination, hence there was no use of him appearing at the examination. Considering the fact that petitioner was not caught near examination centre and he is a student, let the petitioner namely Saurav Kumar Chandan, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Phulwari P.S.
