patna high court cr.misc. no.475 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.475 of 2012 ====================================================== prasidh ram, s/o-sakhi chandra ram .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice hemant kumar srivastava oral order (per: honourable mr. justice hemant kumar srivastava”25. 01-2012 heard mr. shakil ahmad khan, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, sri sanjay kumar @ manu, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned additional public prosecutor for the state. although, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 23.09.2011 passed in cr. misc. no. 20606 of 2011 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that after rejection of the bail order, the petitioner and informant amicably settled their dispute outside the court. learned counsel appearing for the informant conceded the above stated submission and raised no objection in release of the petitioner on bail. in view of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) patna high court cr.misc. no.475 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of sri ravi ranjan, judicial magistrate, 1st class, patna in connection with patrakar nagar p.s. case no. 46 of 2011.
