25. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 302 of the I.P.C. Petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and the police got the warrant issued against the petitioner in 2006 when the case was instituted in 1997.
