25. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. It is alleged against the petitioner Neor Yadav that one domestic L.P.G. Gas cylinder was found connected for commercial purposes. It is submitted that the petitioner does not run any shop and the case has frivolously been lodged. Seizure list does not depict the name of shop where the seizure has been made whereas it is submitted on behalf of petitioner Pappu Gupta Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2558 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 alias Pappu Kumar Gupta that though four domestic gas cylinders have been found but they were not being used for commercial purposes. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 229 of 2011, G. R. No. 1666 of 2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) U.K./-
