25. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 186, 431, 380, 427 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that some villagers were protesting against the death of a person by keeping his dead body on NH-83 and when the police reached there, they misbehaved to the police and committed theft. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the basis of visual in the videography being done of the incidence. Considering the general nature of accusation against the mob, in the background of death of a person, let the petitioner namely Prince Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
