25. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. One person was caught with the looted iron articles which were lifted from the bridge site. The apprehended person disclosed that the contractor, Ashok Jha and supervisor, P.K. Jha sold the iron to this petitioner. A supplementary affidavit has been filed that the petitioner has no scrap business and has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.339 of 2012 (3) dt.25-01-2012 2/2 on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul In connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 35 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.) Amrendra/-
