IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1194 of 2012 Harendra Sahani Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 25.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.12.2011 in a case registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that rupees one lac forty four thousand from the informants bank account was withdrawn by the petitioner.
