25. 01-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. There is general accusation of assaulting the father of the informant. There is no specific accusation of assault against the petitioner. The postmortem report reflects one incise external injury.
