25. 01-2012 IA No 87 of 2012 By order dated 13.01.2011, considering the merit, the application for bail of the appellant has been rejected by this Court. Having heard the learned counsel for the appellant at length, we are not persuaded to reconsider the matter in any manner at this stage considering the fact that the appellant has not spent sufficient time serving out her sentence.
