Opp. Party. ---------------------------------- 02/ 25.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offence under Sections 341 and 504/34 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The occurrence took place with regard to the grazing of the buffalo and the petitioner used Masket causing injury in the hands and shoulders of the informant. There is a case and counter case and the petitioner have remained in jail since 03.09.2011. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi 2 (Jalai) P.
