25. 01-2012 The prayer of the petitioner was earlier considered in Cr. Misc. No.44351 of 2010 when this Court by order dated 16.3.2011 rejected the prayer of the petitioner in the light of a report submitted by the Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur informing this Court that the trial was likely to be concluded within six months next.
