patna high court cr.misc. no.2922 of 2012 (2) dt.25-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.2922 of 2012 ====================================================== santosh ram .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== appearance : for the petitioner/s : mr. madanjeet kumar, advocate. for the opposite party/s : mr. sanjay kumar tiwary, a.p.p. ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice gopal prasad oral order (per: honourable mr. justice gopal prasad”25. 01-2012 heard learned counsel for the parties. this is a petition for regular bail for the offence under sections 302, 34, 120 (b) of the i.p.c. the petitioner has not been named in the f.i.r. though it is alleged in the f.i.r.lodged by the informant that co-accused khalasi, srikant, lala, om prakash and sujit kumar have done to death the nephew of the informant. however, co- accused, srikant, om prakash, khalasi @ shailendra ram and langarha @ sujit kumar on whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner finds place have already been granted bail in cr.misc. no.21928 of 2011. having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, santosh ram, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the c.j.m., jehanabad, in parasbigha p.s. case no.21 of 2011.
