25. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is a petition for regular bail for the offence under sections 341,323,376,379,406 and 511 of I.P.C. The allegation is that the petitioner caught hold the informant and tried to make illicit relation and then it is alleged that he tried to kill her and fled away with her ornaments. However, he was caught hold after one hour by the villagers. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The injury is simple and superficial. The petitioner is in jail custody since 16.9.2011. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Upendra Kumar, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., (West), Muzaffarpur, in Deoriya P.S.
