in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.1788 of 2012 ====================================================== kundan paswan .... .... petitioner/s versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party/s ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”19. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the state. the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under section 307/34 of the indian penal code and section 27 of the arms act. it is alleged that on the order of karma paswan, rakesh paswan caused firearm injury on the neck of the informant. it is submitted that karma paswan has been granted anticipatory bail vide cr. misc. no. 26793 of 2011. considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of patna high court cr.misc. no.1788 of 2012 (2) dt.19-01-2012 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned chief judicial magistrate, bhagalpur in connection with lodipur p.s. case no. 39/2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the cr.p.c.
