19. 01-2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail custody since 27-03-2011 in a case registered under Sections-364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section-302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The only material which has been collected by the I.O. is that the petitioner alongwith one, Ramanand Mahto and others were seen in the company of deceased prior to the alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also keeping in mind that at best, it is a case of last seen, the petitioner, namely, Baldeo Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Alauli P.S.
