patna high court cr.misc. no.1066 of 2012 (2) dt.19-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.1066 of 2012 ====================================================== manikant saw .... .... petitioner. versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party. ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”19. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the state. the petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.12.2011 in a case initially registered for the offence under section 364(a)/34 of the i.p.c. subsequently, charge sheet has been submitted under sections 364, 302, 201, 379 and 120(b) of the i.p.c. the petitioner was not named. subsequently his name sprang up on confession of co-accused and considering the same other accused persons have been granted bail. the statement has been made in the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned a.d.j./f.t.c. ivth, lakhisarai, in connection with s.c. no. 683 of 2011 in lakhisarai p.s. case no. 256 of 2011. u. k.
