Singh Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 19.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered under sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 323, 341 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co accused fraudulently executed sale deed with regard to the land of the informant in favour of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser and a title suit being T.S. No. 371 of 2011 is pending.
