patna high court cr.misc. no.1065 of 2012 (2) dt.19-01-2012 in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.1065 of 2012 ====================================================== md. jiyaul .... .... petitioner. versus the state of bihar .... .... opposite party. ====================================================== coram: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh oral order (per: honourable mr. justice dinesh kumar singh”19. 01-2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the state. the petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.08.2011 in a case registered for the offence under section 366a/34 of the i.p.c. the accusation is of abducting the minor daughter of the informant by petitioner and two others. it appears that subsequently the victim filed a petition before the learned court below denying the accusation where she got her age recorded as 20 years. considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned c.j.m. begusarai in connection with barauni (f.c.i.) p.s. case no. 83 of 2011. u. k.
