IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.693 of 2012 Azad Sah, son of Late Asharfi Sah Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 19.01.2012 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.09.2011 in a case registered for the offences under Sections 363, 373/34 of the I.P.C.
