in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.1897 o”1. raju kumar, 2. guddu kumar, 3. laddu kumar versus the state of bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 19.1.2012 heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the state. the petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered under section147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 506 of the indian penal code and section 27 of the arms act. the accusation is of making indiscriminate firing by the accused persons. statement has been made in the petition that none received injuries. there is land dispute between the parties for which title suit no. 76 of 2005 is going on. considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of rs.10000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of c.j.m. jehanabad in pali p.s. case no. 28 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the cr.p.c. anil/ (dinesh kumar singh, j.)

The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered under section147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of making indiscriminate firing by the accused persons. Statement has been made in the petition that none received injuries. There is land dispute between the parties for which Title Suit No. 76 of 2005 is going on. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs.10000/(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Jehanabad in Pali P.S. Case no. 28 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Anil/ (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)
