19. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the C. L. Act. It is alleged that the some extremists captured community hall and demanded ransom from the informant when the F.I.R. was lodged against one Arbind and 8-9 unknown persons. The petitioners name subsequently sprang up during investigation, the charge sheet was submitted in the year 2008.
