11. 01-2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 304(B) and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant himself admitted in the First Information Report that the marriage was performed nine years prior to the occurrence. The victim died due the burnt injury but it appears that these petitioners took away the victim to the hospital where she died. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Naya Gaon P.S. Case No. 11/2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra Kumar/-
