IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.816 of 2012 Istehar Ansari Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 11.01.2012 Petitioner being husband is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 498A, 504, 379, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and Section of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.
