IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1477 of 2012 Sagar Sah son of Saryug Sah, resident of village Babhangama, P.S.Bihariganj, District Madhepura Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02/ 11.01.2012 Heard Mr. Mahendra Prasad Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Sharda Kumari, APP for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2010 in a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 25(1-B)a,26 (II)35 of the Arms Act on the allegation that he was found in possession of two country made loaded pistols, 21 live cartridges, 3 SIMs and some cash.
