IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1527 of 2012 Ranjit Mahto son of Bhadai Mahto,resident of village Gamaharia,P.S.Raxaul, District East Champaran Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- For the petitioner : Mr.Anil Kumar For the State : Mrs.Anita Kumari Singh,APP ----- 02/ 11.01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner is one of the seven named accused of a case which has been registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
