The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted that out of two accused, one accused namely, Sudhir Kuwar alias Sudhir Kumar having similar allegation has been admitted to bail by a Bench of this Court Vide Cr.Misc.No. 41030 of 2011 on 07.12.2011. Considering the facts and 2 circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S.Case No. 591 of 2011.
