IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.1468 of 2012 Binod Mahto, Son of Batu Mahto, Resident of Village-Dudhava Bind Toli, P.S.-Goreakothi, District-Siwan. ..Petitioner. Versus The State of Bihar ..Opposite Party. For the Petitioner : Mr. Ram Chandra Sahni, Advocate. For the State : APP. ---------------------------------- 02/ 11.01.2012 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Section 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code against him and his parents. The informants daughter was married with the petitioner in the year 2008 when she died then it was suspected that she has been killed by her in-laws on account of her inability to bring Rs. 50,000/- from her parents.
