For the State : APP. ---------------------------------- 02/ 11.01.2012 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Section 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code against him and his parents. The informants daughter was married with the petitioner in the year 2008 when she died then it was suspected that she has been killed by her in-laws on account of her inability to bring Rs. 50,000/- from her parents. Submission is that the petitioner belongs to a very poor family. It has also been submitted that the victim herself has committed suicide. The matter has been supervised by Senior Police Officer and it was found that the case is true under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code not under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code. 2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/court concerned, Siwan in connection with Gorea Kothi P.S.
