Versus The State of Bihar ..Opposite Party. For the Petitioner : Mr. Praveen Kumar Agrawal, Advocate. For the State : APP. ---------------------------------- 02/ 11.01.2012 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is one of the three named accused of the case registered under Section 302/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
