IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No.3997 of 2011 Sarita Devi Versus The State Of Bihar & Ors ------------------------ 06/ 11.01.2012 It transpires that even after repeated orders passed by this Court, no concrete step has been taken by the authorities and only half hearted showee efforts are being made by them for saving themselves from the rigors of contempt. This is not the purpose of orders of this Court.
