in the high court of judicature at patna criminal miscellaneous no.1463 o”1. bijay yadav, son of sri suresh yadav, 2. beni mandal, son of sri banarsi mandal, both resident of village- lagar, p.s.-parbatta, district-khagaria. ..petitioners. versus the state of bihar ..opposite party. for the petitioners : mr. siddharth prasad, advocate. for the state : app. ---------------------------------- 02/ 11.01.2012 heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the state. in a case registered under section 302/34 of the indian penal code and section 27 of the arms act, these petitioners and shivakant yadav were named as accused. though the case has been registered in the year 2001 but it has been submitted that after investigation, the police has submitted final form and so the petitioners had no occasion to appear before the court. later on cognizance was taken and the petitioners have been taken into custody. considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned additional sessions judge, fast track 2 court not v/court concerned, khagaria in connection with s.c. no. 473 of 2011 arising out of parbatta p.s. case no. 93 of 2001.
