IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.786 of 2012 Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Ram Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 11.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in a Complaint Case No. 1189 C of 2010 in which cognizance has been taken under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of S.D.J.M. Khagaria.
