IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.786 of 2012 Arvind Kumar @ Arvind Ram Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 11.1.2012 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in a Complaint Case No. 1189 C of 2010 in which cognizance has been taken under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of S.D.J.M. Khagaria. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there was forceful marriage on 23.3.2009 and the petitioner has filed an application for annulment of the marriage whereas learned counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant is ready to live with the petitioner.
