11. 01.2012 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case instituted under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that immediately after the coupons in question were stolen/looted, he brought it to the notice of the informant. The alleged coupons have neither been misused nor any irregularity has been committed by the petitioner in distribution of coupons. Be that as it may, considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 5 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Sanjeet/ (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.)
