IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.33833 of 2011 Pawan Kumar Jha, Son of Munai Jha @ Muneshwar Jha, R/o Village Dulha, P.S. Bisfi, District Madhubani. .Petitioner Versus The State Of Bihar ..Opposite Party ---------------- 03/- 11/01/2012 Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, who is armed with carbon/xerox copy of the case diary up to paragraph 113 dated 21/09/2011. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 420, 406, 409 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this case, instituted on basis of Complaint Case No. 543 of 2010 with allegation of committing some irregularity/illegality in benefits distributed under Indira Awas Scheme and complainant in spite of being panel at Serial No. 2 in B.P.L. list was deprived for not fulfilling some demand and contrary another lady was granted such benefit.
