IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.808 of 2012 Suresh Sharma @ Ram Suresh Sharma Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 11.01.2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 353, 427 of the I.P.C. The accusation is of demolition of under- construction wall of Anganbari Centre. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the land in question was being claimed by the petitioner and for that some restrained order was also passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C. Considering the accusation made in the litigated background between the parties from before, let the petitioners namely 1. Suresh Sharma @ Ram Suresh Sharma 2. Jai Prakash Sharma 3. Sarvoday Sharma 4. Dharmendra Vishwakarma 5. Sheodhari Rajwar 6. Manish Vishwakarma 7. Ajay Sharma 8. Naresh Paswan 9. Munna Chaurasia, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S.
