IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.808 of 2012 Suresh Sharma @ Ram Suresh Sharma Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 11.01.2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 353, 427 of the I.P.C. The accusation is of demolition of under- construction wall of Anganbari Centre. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the land in question was being claimed by the petitioner and for that some restrained order was also passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C.
