2. Mr. J.K. Rao, the Commissioner cum- Chairman, Koshi Command Area Development Agency, Saharsa.

3. Engineer Dhirendra Kumar, the Managing Director, Koshi Command Area Development Agency, Saharsa.

4. Mr. Satyanarayan Mandal, the Secretary, Koshi Command Area Development Agency, Saharsa.
