The petitioner no. 1 being the husband and petitioner no. 2 being mother of petitioner no. 1 are apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case no. 649 of 2010 in which cognizance has been taken under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya. Petitioner no. 1 is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.
