IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.814 of 2012 Sunil Kumar & Ors. Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 02. 11.01.2012 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 452, 420, 380/34 of the I.P.C. The accusations are of entering into the house, committing theft and snatching gold chain. It appears that both sides are agnates and there is bona fide land dispute between the parties. The accusation levelled against the petitioners by their agnates in the background of serious land dispute clouds the bona fide of the accusation, let the petitioners namely 1. Sunil Kumar 2. Ganga Prasad Mahto 3. Maheshwar Mahto @ Maheshwar Prasad Mahto 4. Sushil Kumar @ Mahabir Mahto 5. Hari Kishun Mahto 6. Kalawati Devi, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.
