IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.828 of 2012 Shanti Devi & Ors. Versus The State Of Bihar 2. 11.01.2012. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being the parents of the husband are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of demanding two Kathas of land prior to occurrence. Admittedly, the marriage was performed eight years prior to occurrence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that post mortem report does not reflect any injury.
