17. 06.2009 but much prior to the occurrence, wife of one of the accused (Sakila Devi wife of Motilal Sah) had filed a complaint case bearing No. 2350 of 2008 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and in that case, the informant of the present case is accused no.1 and only with a view to settle old score the petitioner has been implicated. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Hajipur SC/ST P.S.Case No. 238 of 2009.
