IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.827 of 2012 Santosh Ram Versus The State Of Bihar 2. 11.01.2012. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of committing theft in the house of sister-in-law of the informant. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown but subsequently it has come that the petitioner was using robbed Nokia Mobile. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Buxar (M)P.S. Case No. 169 of 2009 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
