IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Criminal Miscellaneous No.795 of 2012 Rajesh Yadav Versus The State Of Bihar ---------------------------------- 2/ 11.1.2012 Heard Mr. V.K. Seth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. U.S. Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
