Versus The State of Bihar ..Opposite Party. For the Petitioner : Mr. Sanjeev Kr. Jha, Advocate. For the State : APP. ---------------------------------- 02/ 11.01.2012 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case which has been registered under Sections 302, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code against Pappu Sahni and 2-3 unknown.
